Yes! Your shoes are 100% authentic and are purchased from Footlocker AU or Nike.com.

AND, we can prove it to you!

The proof of purchase will be left inside the box for you to see.

How long does it take for my shoes to be customised?

As there is only one of us customising the sneakers, it can take up to 4 weeks during super busy periods.

However, when all is running smoothly and there is plentiful stock at Nike/Footlocker, your shoes can be with you even sooner!

Email updates are sent frequently regarding the progress of your shoes and when they will be shipped :)

How do I know my shoe size?

You can use this Nike size chart to help you convert your size to the correct US size.

How can I clean my customs?

Obviously your shoes will loose their freshness and have some general wear and tear, however a little bit of TLC every now and then will see your shoes looking fresher for longer!

You can lightly scrub your sneakers with a toothbrush and warm soapy water (preferably laundry detergent) to get a the stubborn bits of dirt off. When scrubbing your customs, try your best to avoid rubbing the customised area in order to preserve the design for longer.

We do not recommend putting your customs in the washing machine.
